Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for sales of Talent management Solutions, and key account
•Identify new opportunities within strategic clients; engage meaningfully with decision makers at the enterprise levels
•Identification and closure of new client accounts.
•Consult with senior level HR executives to create and promote solutions either in one practice or cutting across practices (Virtual Assessment, Virtual Learning, Development, Career Management etc.).
•Operate as the main point of contact for all matters specific to the key accounts
•Develop network of strong relationships with key industry influencers, customers and partners maintain a high-level understanding of the industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace
•Maintain competitive knowledge and focusKey Deliverables
•Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
•Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove and report blockers, and create a seamless customer experience
•Account and relationship management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention and account growth Person
•In-depth knowledge of and selling experience related to HR solutions, especially in areas of assessment, people development and talent management.
•Driven achiever with strong commercial acumen and relationship skills. Networker, strong communicator, strategic in thinking with learning agility and attitude.
•5-8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
•Digitally savvy and plugged into latest developments in the HR/ People development area
