Role description :
– We are looking for a proven partner sales leader with great energy and initiative to drive partner sales performance. You will formulate and execute a strategy to build and maximize business growth lead by Partner ecosystem . This role works in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is essential.
– The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results. The partner sales manager is fully responsible for developing, enabling and managing the partners to generate revenue and achieve sales targets for the company. Aligning to the partner sales strategy the partner sales manager defines and implements GTM plans.
Qualifications and Skills required :
1. 10 years plus software/ solution selling experience preferably through partners
2. Highly skilled in scaling business through partner ecosystem
3. Has a go-getter attitude and has a track record of getting things done/achievement in a complex and competitive market
4. Passionate about digital technologies especially cloud/SaaS model etc
5. Excellent in managing channel relationships
6. Ability to effectively calling high at CXO levels
7. Has existing strong partner and customer relationships
8. Any past experience of working with large & global technology companies as partners would be preferable
9. High energy and willing to stretch and go extra mile
