Marketing coordination cum HR executive

List of Major Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Coordination:

Marketing & PR Activities:Providing complete marketing solutions of products and services to potential customers via mediums of digital and traditional marketing practices. Handling all brand communications with respect to promoting business.

New Customer Generation (PR):

  • Generating new leads

         Sending brochures, greetings, mailers & promotional ads to various prospective clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

         Handling all inquiries and requests of Client, and resolving the problems swiftly.

         Interacting with the Client via fax, phone, the internet, email, or in person to address directly the customer needs & issues.

         Following up with complaints of Client, collecting previous due payments, issuing customer refunds.

Client follow up in case of any new project or event.

Database Management:

         Collecting, organizing and maintaining the data of Clients.

         Entry of feedback from Clients.

         Entering & maintaining MIS reports.

Coordination:

         Coordinating with all the departments to inform about new leads & follow up post inquiry & post delivery.

Leisure Coordination:

·  To manage all arrangements like Airlines Booking, Hotel Booking and transportation management.

·  Coordinating for the necessary documents required from clients end for further processing.

·  Online Hotel booking on known web platforms – GRN Connect, ResLife, Expedia, Bookings.com etc

·  Handling corporate queries, Walk-in Clients, online and offline process, deal with DMC and Vendors.

·  Planning and pitching for Mice to our Corporate clients

·  Selling our various summer camps and other outdoor activities to the premium schools and to the corporates

2. Handling Basic HR roles & Responsibilities:

Handling basic HR functions starting from Recruitment to exit, such as:

  • Recruitment & Selection.
  • Identify the Competencies required.
  • Identify the source of hiring.
  • Interview the candidate.
  • If selected, complete the documentations.
  • Handling the Payroll.
  • New Hire Induction & fulfilling the joining formalities.
  • Performing Exit Interview to identify reason of leaving.
  • Performance Review.
  • Reviewing JD for all positions at regular interval & updating them with their respective Heads.
  • Organizing Employee Engagement activities.
  • Executing Awards & Rewards.

Ps Note: 1) Candidates should be fluent in speaking Hindi/English & should be

confident.

                    2)   We have service agreement for the time period of 18 to 24 months so as

                           to ensure the Stability of the candidate we will hire for this vacancy.
