HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

  • Manage the recruiting process from initial client contact to execution of the completed search
  • Reporting to the Head-Talent Acquisition, the TA Specialist tracks and maintains active pipeline of candidates
  • Completes focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal ATS, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, etc
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
  • Partnering closely with a variety of hiring managers and HR Business Partners to achieve success in filling key positions.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
