Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
– Develop strategy to enhance the event’s success
– Work with our sales team to secure event sponsorships
– Prepare and meet budgets
– Assist in developing conference sessions
– Secure speakers and presenters for the conference sessions
– Handle all the logistics of speakers and presenters
– Correspond with presenters from invitation, securing speakers and ensuring they are present on time on the day of the event
– Coordinate awards and presentations
– Source and negotiate with venues, vendors and suppliers
– Oversee branding and design of the event collateral
– Assist in procuring event management software, booking venues, hotels, food and beverages, etc.
– Coordinate all operations of the event on a day-to-day basis
– Implement event pricing strategy, including early-bird pricing, VIP pricing, group discounts, etc.
– Arrange ticketing for events and monitor ticket sales/registrations
– Lead all marketing activities for events, including print, digital marketing, advertising, contests, giveaways, etc.
– Organize training/demo sessions with speakers to get familiar with software
– Market and organize webinars from beginning to end
– Ensure event is completed smoothly and step in to resolve any problems that might occur
– Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports including attendee survey
– Lead advertising, sponsorship, and partnership activity
– Secure government speakers and presenters for events and ensure they are handled until the end
