Something About Company
We were happy working for companies but suddenly realized that no one is happy with current system, to count we start with Clients, they were always chasing for delivery, quality and after delivery support and the obvious reasons were either they were not technical to check or they were kept in dark about facts and status of project.
Then resources who have become pressure cookers and working on multiple projects and were not happy as they always felt they are not getting their due benefits. Finally last one was agency itself which always felt client is changing requirements, project is running out of margin and resources are not 100% efficient.
